Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
Manage and guide warehouse staff and drivers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Plan delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock replenishment.
Ensure proper handling of drinks and vending products (including fragile and perishable items).
Oversee logistics systems and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance in warehouse operations.
Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Atleast 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in inventory management systems / warehouse software.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
Forklift license will be an added advantage.
