Job Summary

As a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive, you will drive new business acquisition across APAC by managing the full sales cycle, engaging senior stakeholders, and closing enterprise accounts in IT Services, Engineering Solutions, or AEC sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and map high-value target accounts across the APAC region to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Lead the entire sales cycle including cold outreach, pitching, solution scoping, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders to expand regional market presence
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to understand client workflows and position solutions that address their specific challenges
  • Collaborate with inside sales, technical delivery, and solution architect teams to ensure technical alignment and smooth handover from sales to delivery
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasts within CRM systems to provide clear visibility for regional leadership
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of proven B2B sales experience as an individual contributor
  • Direct sales experience in IT Services / Staff Augmentation, Engineering Solutions, or AEC technology/services
  • Demonstrated success closing B2B clients within the APAC region, including Southeast Asia, Australia/New Zealand, or East Asia
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s business environment, etiquette, and compliance standards
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of leading boardroom or virtual executive pitches
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related discipline preferred

  • Location: Singapore (Central / Hybrid)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Individual Contributor
  • Salary Range: $5,500 - $6,500 SGD per month plus commission, benefits, and 13th month bonus as per company policy
