Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager who is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong cost control, strong internal control and alignment with group-level financial strategies. This role supports decision-making by providing insights into production costs, profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of cost accounting, budgeting, internal control and management accounting functions
• Handle month-end closing and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Liaise with bankers, external auditors, tax agents and regulatory authorities
• Oversee standard costing, variance analysis (material, labor, overhead), and cost control measures
• Handle annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
• Lead and manage the finance team
• Undertake other job functions as and when assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred
• 5–8 years of experience in finance operation, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of ERP systems eg. SAP, cognos
• Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Leadership and team management capability
