Role Overview
Aswe evolve from a passive inbound model to active outbound outreach, we are now seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to spearhead our shift into out bound sales. This role is about more than just taking orders; it’s about creating market awareness and hunting for new corporate and retail opportunities.You will drive growth by engaging new customers and providing active, high-touch account management to our existing B2B partners, ensuring our brand remains their first choice for greenery.
Key Responsibilities
Sales& Business Development- Proactively identify and pursue new accounts across industries such as education, hospitality, event, retail, and commercial offices.
- Develop customised proposals and solutions for corporate accounts for product sales, plant rental, landscaping projects, and workshops, etc.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into tailored sales, landscaping, plant rental, or workshop solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative, practical, and sustainable proposals.
- Provide consultative support to clients, positioning the organisation as a trusted partner in greenery solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Represent the organisation at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote sales and services.
- Work with marketing team to design campaigns targeting corporate clients and institutions.
- Oversee the execution of corporate projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Ensure smooth handover and after-sales support for corporate accounts.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in corporate client acquisition.
- Ability to design and present tailored greenery solutions to diverse corporate clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of horticulture, landscaping, or related industries (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management (experience in landscaping or horticulture industry is an advantage but not strictly necessary).
- Monthly sales and collection targets.
