Procurement & Operations Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare Purchase Order to vendors, check stock, availability and lead-time.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in requisition - appropriate quantities are ordered, correct materials are ordered.
• Expedite and follow up on orders to ensure the goods/services are processed in line with customer’s delivery timeline.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and third party logistics providers on all shipment delivery.
• Update and maintain price-lists of different vendors.
• Check supplier invoices to ensure all items are invoiced accurately.
• Keeping inventory stock of our warehouse goods and placing orders to replenish stock and inventory runs below minimum stock levels.

QUALIFICATIONS

Very meticulous and responsible.

Minimal Diploma with 1 years working experience in an office setting.

Had exposure to ERP systems.

Candidates with some Accounting background is preferred.

Very proficient with excel.

Self motivated

Has strong sense of initiative
