Job Description- Role Overview
As a Business Analyst Intern, Automotive Aftermarket Division, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.
- What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
- Work with data, analyze diverse datasets to understand sales, drive optimization, and improve business strategies.
- Participate in analytics and data projects that are integral to sales & trade marketing business.
- Support the development of custom data models and algorithms.
- Prepare reports and utilize PowerBI for data visualization.
- Assist in other ad-hoc analytics projects.
- What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
- Able to work full time for a period of 6 months (01.11.2025 to 31.05.2026).
- Student of Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or other quantitative fields
- Strong interest in business analytics, motivated and willing to learn
- Structured and analytical thinking; meticulous, able to deep-dive into problems & present possible solutions
- Basic knowledge of data analytics processes – data engineering, modelling or visualization
- Basic experience in analytics tech stacks – statistical programming languages like R or Python; visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or Qlik; basic knowledge of SQL, data pipeline tools etc is a plus
- Good communications skills to explain technical concepts in layman terms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work in a multinational environment
- Fluent in spoken & written English to effectively communicate with international team members and stakeholders.
- Having knowledge of web application development is a plus
- Preferably able to commit fully for 6 months (Jan-Jun 2026) or on a working-student basis. Exact dates can be discussed.
