• Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement best practices
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Provide training and support to the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational documentation and reporting

• Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives

• Bachelor Degree in Healthcare/ Business or related studies
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in a healthcare operations or management role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement data-driven solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools for data analysis, process improvement and project management
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, policies and accreditation standards
• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a team
• Proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic about driving change and continuous improvement
