Role: Software Developer

Key Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the assigned System/Business Analyst in user requirements and scope gathering/clarifications/negotiations
• Perform impact analysis on Change Requests and document proposed solution and estimated required effort.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements to develop technical specifications
• Ownership of the creation of functional design specifications in the absence of an assigned System/Business Analyst for lower complexity or non-time sensitive enhancements
• AML system changes/production fixes Design, Development and Unit Testing
• Review and contribute to test planning and design for SIT and UAT
• Work platform application suppliers and internal teams to successfully deliver enhancements for AML systems
• Manage and work closely with stakeholders during all phases of system changes delivery
• Coordinate and plan with Infra and change management teams for application deployment activities in Devops environment.
• Setup and maintain application Infrastructure in Unix, Windows and Oracle environment
• Effect system changes into test and production environments by following application change implementation process via the Bitbucket, Jenkins and Aldon change management tools

Conduct technical delivery/process knowledge and best practices sharing/training sessions with internal teams to help improve overall delivery competency level.

Key Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Essential:

• You must have good experience in system integration/interfacing design and delivery.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in design and development work for the Netreveal AML platform
• Experience in supporting with good results, design gathering and design workshops with users as part of change delivery or defects fixes work
• At least 10 years of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL design and development skills
• Good system delivery Operational impact awareness
• You will typically be assigned design & development work on specific Change Requests and Production Fixes and is expected to support the Application Delivery.
• Your duties include coding, scripting, building new systems (where necessary) and interfaces. For new system build-up, you may need to provide environment support during SIT/UAT.
• You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover.
• You will be expected to work with the System/Business Analyst and System Architect in formulating technical solutions that is fit for purpose for your assigned projects. The solution will need to satisfy all security, regulatory and architectural standards.
