The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a leading company to hire a Business Program Manager
This role offers an exciting opportunity to own and drive key business programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

The Talent

At least 2-3 years of solid experience in business program management, handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders, set priorities, and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Strong skills in process ownership, risk management, and strategic planning.
Proficient in data analysis with ability to derive insights and inform business decisions.
Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and storytelling skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across business, product, and engineering groups.
Strong business acumen with situational leadership skills.

Job Description

Drive and review program goals and priorities based on stakeholder needs. Define roadmaps and prioritize deliverables.
Manage stakeholder expectations and build credibility through effective collaboration.
Establish, document, and improve operational processes while ensuring compliance with governance standards.
Deliver clear, strategic communications and develop comprehensive program documentation.
Lead development of program roadmaps and risk assessments; implement mitigation strategies.
Define and track key metrics to measure program performance and alignment with business goals.
Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across programs and report to leadership.
Foster strategic partnerships with product, engineering, and business teams.
Lead post-program reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Define program vision and secure executive buy-in to ensure success.
