Your Core Responsibilities:
- Champion Growth: Lead the charge in achieving our financial and business objectives through strong partnerships with our vendors and customers.
- Strategic Vision: Develop and implement key performance indicators that directly support the company's strategic direction. You'll also play a critical role in shaping business unit objectives and the actions to achieve them.
- Team Empowerment: Build and nurture high-performing teams, fostering a strong succession pipeline within the finance organization at all levels.
- Financial Acumen: Develop and execute financial strategies and measures that underpin our growth ambitions. You'll also oversee capital requests and optimize working capital plans.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor and optimize product costs, pricing, factory/material productivity, and overall expenses.
- Innovation Leadership: Take the lead in financial planning and monitoring for our program and product developments, ensuring their successful execution.
