We are looking for a highly driven intern to work at the intersection of business strategy and Agentic AI systems.
Job Description
Role & Responsibility
This is not a traditional internship. You will work across business consulting projects and business development, while helping us apply and build AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve how consulting work is done. The role combines business strategy + execution + AI-enabled product building
What You Will Do
Business Consulting Projects- Support live projects for public and private sector clients
- Conduct research and synthesise insights
- Structure problems and support analysis
- Develop presentations, recommendations, and outputs
- Support outreach via LinkedIn and email
- Identify and research target accounts
- Contribute to proposals and pitch materials
- Assist in developing thought leadership (articles, posts, insights)
AI-Enabled Work (Across Projects & BD)
You will help apply and build AI solutions to improve productivity and output quality, including:
- Developing reusable AI tools / agents for research, analysis, and content creation
- Improving proposal writing, presentations, and outreach workflows
- Identifying repeatable tasks and designing AI-enabled workflows
- Experimenting with tools, prompts, and simple integrations
The focus is on building practical, reusable AI tools in a business context—not complex ML development.

- Has hands-on experience beyond basic prompting
- Has built or attempted to build:
- AI workflows, automations, or simple agents
- Able to think in terms of:
- Improving tasks using AI
- Creating reusable solutions across projects
- How consulting projects are executed end-to-end
- How business development works in a consulting firm
- How to apply and build AI-enabled workflows in real business contexts
- How to combine strategy thinking with execution
- Undergraduate (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related)
- Strong academic record
- Demonstrated interest in AI through projects, coursework, or experimentation
- Work directly with founders and senior consultants
- Exposure to real client projects in Singapore
- Hands-on experience building AI-enabled consulting tools
