Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Logistics Coordinator experience
O-Level and above
Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and guide a team of coordinators and associates in providing administrative support to operations
Handle order processing and maintain operational records, reports, correspondence, plans, and expenses
Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation for cargo movement
Perform shipment tracking and tracing activities
Support daily warehouse operations, administrative duties, and communications
Liaise with external parties to ensure smooth and timely shipment arrangements
Attend to customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships
