Admin & Accounts Executive
Responsibilities*:
- Handle full set of accounting functions such as invoice billings, receipts, data-entry, payment of suppliers’ invoices and other ad-hoc expenses.
- Manage monthly and annual closing for multiple corporate entities.
- Record and process all business transactions in the accounting system.
- Record transactions and events relating to accruals, pre-payments, capital structures and finance costs.
- Enter accurate data into the accounting system.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Accounts reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Update and liaise with 3rd party pertaining to payment.
- Handle monthly intercompany billings and process staff claims.
- Handle GST preparation for quarterly submission, statutory tax and audit.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and administrative functions.
- Other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:
- Relevant work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Executive.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software.
- Organisation skills, independent.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Experience in a chain outlet environment is a plus.
- Min. 2 years of experience.
Admin & Operations Executive
Responsibilities*:
- Provide operational and technical support to outlets and office.
- Picking and packing of beauty products and arranging delivery.
- Maintains inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Documentation and adhering to local regulators requirements and standards.
- Administration for onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Analyse data trend and report generation for department head.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- Bilingual – English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Words, Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and high level of teamwork are essential.
- Good organisational skills.
- Able to work under tight schedule and independently.
