JOB Description :
Responsibilities:
- Serve in different capacities as business process analyst, RPA developer, support and course trainer as assigned and/or required on multiple and simultaneous assignments.
- Collaborate with customers to extract and define use cases in their existing IT and business operations, including process optimization, redesign and/or reengineering.
- Gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy and document the automation workflows.
- Create, develop and/or review business requirements documents (BRD), process definition documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
- Deliver process automations in onsite and remote client engagements to drive successful adoption.
- Embrace the RPA implementation best practices. Implement and configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, reusable, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Understand a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize it as an automated solution.
- Create and document test procedures, scenarios and cases for the pre-UAT and UAT phases.
- Thoroughly test packages in the environment it will be hosted in or supported deployment environments, with responsibility for overall testing cycle.
- Maintain RPA and monitor the successful execution of automation process.
- Provide L1 – L3 support to the existing automations/processes, review and improve documentation, and implement the change request according to the priority of incident and request.
- Analyse, determination of root cause of incident, and problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of robotic processes and provide timely responses and solutions within specified Service Level Agreements (SLA) parameters with business.
- Accountable for every assigned task for fixing, enhancement and delivering the right support.
- Adhere to the guideline for Incident, Problem and Change Management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in UiPath platform, position offered to correspond to proficiency and experience of selected candidate.
- Advanced skills in understanding, analysing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts.
- Exceptional ability to understand, analyse complex requirements and define technical and functional advanced solutions.
- Knowledge and experience in integrating different applications using web services/ Rest API, etc., as well as of RDBMS and open-source DB.
- Process minded with good presentation, communication and articulation skills.
- Proven experience on developing automation solutions using UiPath platform.
- Strong experience in software delivery lifecycle using Waterfall and/or AGILE methodolog
- Obtain UiPath Automation Developer Professional (ADP) Certification within 3 months if not already certified.
- Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team structure, but also independently.
- Meet agreed deadlines, with demonstrable Productivity.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in culturally diverse and inclusive environments.
- Flexibility in scheduling with willingness to work extra non-standard hours if required.
- Initiate, proactive and willingness to self-learn existing and new technology.
- Willing and able to travel 50% or more (domestic, regional and international).
- Proven experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) implementation using UiPath Document Understanding (preferrable) or other IDP solutions (Document Intelligence, Document AI, Staple AI and etc) is a strong advantage.
- Prior hands-on experience working with Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Kofax Kapaw, OpenSpan, Tricentis and/or Selenium is a strong advantage.
- Prior hands-on experience in C#, VB, .NET and/or Phyton programming is added advantage.
