Our client, a Japanese importer of foodstuffs, supplies a wide range of products to retailers and restaurants across Singapore. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager.

• Assist the Deputy General Manager in planning, developing, implementing, and overseeing company initiatives
• Oversee daily business activities and improve overall business functions
• Lead a team of junior managers, sales executives, and sales associates
• Manage budgets, develop strategic plans, create policies and communicate business goals
• Establish annual, monthly, weekly, or daily sales plans and prioritise and schedule own activities to achieve targets
• Keep extensive sales records and any communications with customers to help management ensure that the team's projected sales are met
• Produce reports about sales progress, including collecting data and analysing the data to identify patterns or trends.

【Requirements & Preferences】

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing/ food manufacturing industry
• Possess excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
• Self-motivated possesses a positive attitude to achieve sales targets

• Ability to commence work on short notice
