Corporate Development Associate [up to $5,000 + AWS | Central] - Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a funnel of potential New Business, M&A opportunities based on strategic priorities in Southeast Asia & India
2. Perform industry and company research and analysis
3. Perform feasibility study for target buy out deal or investment case (Valuation, Peer group analysis, etc)
4. Develop and maintain financial models on potential M&A targets
5. Regular surveys, and analyzing technologies/companies
6. Review of start-up equity investment
7. Support cross-functional deal teams in due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiation with acquisition targets:
8. Assist with other strategic initiatives of the Company
9. Prepare transaction review and/or approval materials for Senior Management and the Partnership Board
10. Monitor progress of acquisitions post-integration to ensure ongoing success and report metrics and recommended actions to management:
11. Perform corporate strategic development processing and ad hoc task under MD's direct management

1. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Valuation / Financial Analysis experience or Business Development or relevant experience required
• Business Development or Financial Analysis experience from Accounting Firm or Investment Bank is advantageous
• High competency in Microsoft performance skills (PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
• Basic ability for accounting (to read BS, PL. CF of certain companies)
