About the role
This is a full-time Clinic Manager position with MIZU MEDICAL HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in the Orchard Central Region. The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business.This is a strategic role that plays a vital part in contributing to the overall success of the company.
What you'll be doing- Manage all administrative and operational aspects of the clinic, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
- Liaise with medical professionals to coordinate patient care
- Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of clinic staff
- Monitor clinic performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare management role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both staff and patients
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards applicable to the industry
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care and customer service
