Maxwell Ship Management is looking for a qualified and experienced Technical Superintendent to join our team.

Salary Range: SGD 8,500 – SGD 9,000
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee the technical operations of assigned tanker vessels
Manage daily maintenance, repair activities, survey schedules, and docking operations
Maintain updated class records and coordinate with Classification Societies, Suppliers, and Contractors
Ensure compliance with ISM, ISPS, and MLC requirements
Attend and coordinate vessel inspections, statutory surveys, and oil major inspections
Carry out onboard technical inspections and prepare technical reports
Assist Safety Department in incident/accident investigations and reporting
Perform additional duties assigned by Technical Manager
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years sea-going experience as Chief Engineer onboard tanker vessels
Shore experience as Technical Superintendent will be an added advantage
Holding valid Class 1 Certificate of Competency (COC)
Strong troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, and organizational skills
Independent, resourceful, and able to work under pressure
Willing to travel overseas on short notice when required
