Trade Operations Analyst - Funds (Up to $5k| Expo)

• This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading banks
• It is an opportunity for a Trade Operations Analyst (Mutual Funds) to join the team

• Support Product/Business teams on new fund launch or on-boarding request
• Handle trade order placement, settlement and corporate actions for Mutual Funds
• Investigate and follow up on failed trades/settlement, positions and cash breaks
• Perform regulatory reporting to Fund Managers whenever applicable
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression testing, and Live Verification (LVs), ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. Occasional weekend support may be required.
• Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Review processes and identify areas of improvements
• Escalate operational risk incidents in a timely manner

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2-3 years of working experience and good product knowledge in Funds
• Prior work experience in Fund Operations processes and process improvement
• Possess maturity in judgment and strong focus on critical thinking, effective facilitation and influencing
• Have strong risk and control sense
• Team player with pro-active and "can do" attitude
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Highly Proficient in MS Office Suites
