Responsibilities:

• Following up payments as needed and ensuring timely payment of debts
• Liaise with lawyer to follow up on legal action and vehicle re-possessors to collect back the vehicles
• Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of clients
• Responding to relevant client enquiries and resolving the outstanding balance
• Any ad-hoc duties as required
