Job Responsibilities;- Develop and maintain internal IT systems and digital tools to support engineering and project management operations
- Assist in implementing AI-driven solutions to improve workflow automation and data analysis
- Support system integration between internal databases, project management tools, and operational platforms
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and IT infrastructure stability
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT systems development, AI tools implementation, or digital transformation projects
- Experience with automation tools, AI platforms, or system integration is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, or workflow automation tools preferred
