Junior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Serve as a bridge between business units and technical teams.
• Support product owners in managing the product backlog and prioritizing features.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Ensure alignment of the solution with business goals and user needs.
• Assist in testing and validation of implemented features.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent role in Agile projects.
• Possess a valid certification in CSPO, CSM, or equivalent Agile qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
