Sales Program Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and high-performing Sales & Program Executive to drive business development while managing end-to-end customer programs. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy bridging commercial strategy with operational execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement
- Manage the full RFQ process, including BOM review, quotation preparation, pricing analysis, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and repeat business
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal cross-functional teams
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and service quality
- Monitor program progress to ensure timelines, costs and deliverables are met
- Proactively identify risks, supply constraints, operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues related to delivery and commercial impact
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reports
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, program management or commercial operations
- Experience in manufacturing or electronics industry is preferred
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, pricing strategies and cost analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
