Sales Assistant (Health & Wellness)

Salary: $2500 - $2800 + Commissions

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and demonstrate health supplements to walk-in customers at retail outlets, pharmacies and roadshows.
• Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage.
• Provide basic health advice or product recommendations according to customer needs.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales target and track product performance.
• Ensure products are neat and well-stocked.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service.
• Collect customer feedback and report to the sales or marketing team.
• Participate in promotional events, campaigns, or product launches as required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
• Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Sales-driven & result-oriented.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
