About Us

Intuitive Minds Learning Centre helps Secondary students—especially those with borderline grades—achieve breakthrough improvements using our signature Intuitive Learning Methodology. We don’t just teach content; we teach thinking, strategy, and confidence.

We’re looking for a part-time O-Level Biology tutor who shares our commitment to making a real difference in students’ academic journeys.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach O-Level Biology to small groups of students
• Use intuitive, engaging, and exam-relevant methods to build mastery
• Understand each student’s learning history to plan lesson strategies
• Track student progress and communicate with the centre team as needed
• (Optional) Take on Lower Sec Science or O-Level Chemistry if capable

Who We’re Looking For:

• MOE-trained teachers or experienced full-time tutors
• Someone looking to make tutoring their long-term career
• Strong content mastery in O-Level Biology
• Ability to teach Lower Secondary Science is a plus
• Prior teaching/tutoring experience with proven results
• Mature, responsible, and aligned with our student-first approach
• Strong communicator, open to feedback, and committed to growth
• Able to commit to a regular weekly schedule (weekends and/or weekdays)

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct engaging, strategy-based Biology lessons
• Understand each student’s background to tailor your approach
• Track student progress and provide insights to the centre team
• Teach Lower Sec Science if capable
