Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead the strategic and day-to-day oversight of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Building Services, and Tenant Management for a landmark Green Mark Platinum commercial asset.

Operational Excellence: Develop and implement SOPs and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) to ensure the building operates at the highest Grade A standards.
Technical Oversight: Lead a multi-disciplinary team and outsourced providers in managing M&E systems, facade upkeeping, and preventive maintenance programs.
Financial & Contract Management: Formulate departmental budgets, manage annual expenditures, and lead comprehensive tender exercises for repair, upgrading, and redevelopment works.
Tenant & Regulatory Liaison: Act as the key point of contact for government authorities on statutory compliance (WSH Act) and manage all technical aspects of tenant handing/taking over and unit reconfiguration.

skills and experience required

Degree in Building/Facilities Management or Real Estate
Min. 10 years of managerial experience in premium commercial/retail assets
Preference for Certified Green Mark candidates
