Core Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their queries and concerns with a service oriented attitude.
• Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on our enrichment programmes and help parents make the best choices for their child.
• Respond to enquiries with warmth and professionalism, whether in person, by phone or email.
• Follow up with interested families and guide them smoothly through our enrollment journey.
• Promote new courses and maintain a strong understanding of our offerings.
• Work towards company sales targets and to maximise retention.
• Support smooth daily operations and uphold a high standard of service.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ Level, or higher
• Able to commit on weekends
• Minimum 1-2 years in customer services/sales related jobs
• Experience in educational centres, with customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive work attitude, self-driven, independent, team player with strong service mindset
