- Coffee & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare espresso-based drinks
- Follow standard recipes to ensure consistent taste and quality
- Adjust grind size, dosage, and extraction when needed
- Prepare non-coffee beverages (tea, chocolate, matcha, etc.)
- Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Recommend drinks or food items
- Handle customer questions and feedback professionally
- Ensure a pleasant and welcoming café experience
- Cashiering & Order Handling
- Operate POS system
- Process payments (cash, card, digital)
- Issue receipts and manage orders efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen team when needed
- Café Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee bar and seating area
- Wash cups, tools, and equipment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Clear tables when necessary
- Equipment Maintenance
- Clean and maintain espresso machine, grinder, and tools
- Monitor coffee bean stock and freshness
- Report equipment issues promptly
- Stock & Inventory
- Refill milk, beans, syrups, cups, and other supplies
- Assist in stock count and inventory checks
- Inform supervisor when stock is low
- Team Support
- Work closely with kitchen and service team
- Assist in opening and closing duties
- Support café operations during busy periods
