Service Technician (Security System/Good Benefits) - Toa Payoh

Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Service Technician:

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of service and maintenance workflows for security systems.
• Serve as the primary liaison with client representatives, addressing all service and maintenance-related concerns.
• Mentor and guide a team of service technicians to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Assist the supervisor in assigning team members to service tasks and distributing responsibilities effectively.
• Manage daily client communications, ensuring clear expectations and optimal service outcomes.
• Support the supervisor in delivering timely troubleshooting and maintenance services at client sites.
• Understand each client’s business operations and requirements to deliver tailored service solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work is carried out in full compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act.
• Perform other technical duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in servicing security systems.
• Proficient in systems such as Integrated Security Management, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV.
• Independent and self-driven, capable of working with minimal supervision.

Additional Information:

• Working Location: Kallang Bahru / Outram
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Monday – Friday, 9am – 1pm
• Salary: Basic Up $3,600 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
