Geylang - Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and manage the Isetan Membership program.
• Organize and execute member-exclusive events.
• Prepare membership and voucher redemption data reports and mailing lists for campaigns.

• Respond to media, sponsorship, filming, and sales-related inquiries.
• Handle customer queries regarding marketing activities such as Membership, Promotions, Voucher Events, and the Isetan App.
• Respond to customer inquiries across platforms managed by the Marketing Department.
• Build and manage partnerships with external parties such as banks and malls for cross-promotions.

• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across all platforms (App, Website, Social Media).
• Develop content and messaging for EDMs, SMS, press ads, and digital channels.
• Write and vet copy for social media, e-newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Content creation on social media - generate engaging visual and written content aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.
• Assist in applying design and layout using creative tools for social media and digital marketing content.
• Schedule and upload digital banners and e-newsletters on the Website and App.
• Maintain and update content on the company website.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or CRM is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficient in digital and social media platforms.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video-editing or other design apps is required.
• Ability to assist in layout and design for social media posts and marketing content.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
