Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) deliverables for ship maintenance programmes according to project and customer requirements
• Support the planning and implementation of ILS programmes, including technical documentation, training materials, and logistics data delivery
• Assist in spare parts planning, procurement coordination, and logistics arrangements to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Prepare and maintain maintenance planning documents, schedules, and engineering records
• Coordinate with internal departments, OEMs, vendors, and customers on maintenance support requirements
• Support lifecycle maintenance planning and reliability improvement activities for marine vessels
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with project requirements and standards
• Assist in reviewing maintenance data, technical manuals, and engineering specifications
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance planning and logistics support

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marine, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in maintenance planning, technical documentation, engineering support, or related field will be an advantage
• Candidates from marine, industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance-related industries are welcome to apply
• Prior knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) methodology will be an added advantage
• Familiar with maintenance planning concepts, spare management, or engineering documentation
• Comfortable handling technical documentation, planning, and coordination work
