Post 1) Engineer – Site Manager

Job Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of 66/230/400KV protection and control system projects, ensuring design accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution.

• Test and commission protection and control systems after modifications to ensure operational readiness
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, business partners, and end customers to achieve on-time project delivery
• Collaborate with end customers to verify design accuracy and align project milestones with timelines
• Manage and maintain all project documentation in compliance with client specifications for traceability and quality assurance
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and occupational health and safety standards throughout project execution

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Site Manager for SPPG 66/230/400KV Switchgear projects

• Holder of SPPG EHVN Pink Pass enabling supervision at SPPG live substations
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to meet project deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management skills with proactive and meticulous work approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Post 2) Engineer – Site Engineer

Job Summary

The selected candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of 66/230/400KV protection and control system projects, ensuring design accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution.

• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and cash flow to ensure projects adhere to budget and timelines in collaboration with the Site Manager
• Supervise all project lifecycle stages including design, testing, installation, and commissioning to ensure quality and compliance
• Act as the primary liaison to coordinate communication and collaboration among clients, contractors, suppliers, and business partners to achieve on-time project delivery
• Manage and maintain project documentation according to client specifications and standards
• Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and occupational health and safety standards throughout execution

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing protection and control system projects as a Project Manager

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management skills demonstrated through proactive communication and coordination
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
