Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic Nurse to join our urology team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with providers to deliver excellent patient care in an outpatient clinical environment.

• Assist providers with urologic procedures (e.g., cystoscopy, catheterization, injections)
• Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and procedures
• Perform catheter care, bladder scans, urinalysis, and specimen collection
• Administer medications and injections per provider orders
• Prepare exam rooms, maintain sterile technique, and ensure proper equipment setup
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
• Coordinate referrals, labs, imaging, and follow-up appointments
• Maintain infection control and clinic safety standards
• Handle clinical supplies and ensure equipment readiness
• Support appointment coordination, investigations, and follow-ups as required
• Administration support

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (specialist or clinic experience preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable assisting in minor procedures and handling sensitive patient conditions
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• Singaporean/Singapore Permanent Resident

• Prior experience in specialist/general outpatient clinics
• Familiarity with clinic Plato
• Bilingual is an advantage
