Work you'll do
The role is responsible for planning and executing events and marketing campaigns. This includes managing locally initiated and hosted events such as security conferences, workshops, webinars, and third-party engagements. The person will coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure smooth event logistics and execution.
Acting as the bridge between global/local marketing and local sales teams, this role localizes content and amplifies global digital awareness campaigns and social media promotions for the Singapore market. Responsibilities also include campaign tagging, lead attribution, and performance tracking in Salesforce, with a focus on addressing process and system challenges.
The role drives lead generation efforts, develops reports to measure marketing effectiveness, and supports customer acquisition and retention programs across enterprise and start-up segments, adapting to the fast-paced, evolving business environment.
What you will be doing:
Event Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize digital, physical, and hybrid events, including trade shows, outbound campaigns, and customer stories; coordinate logistics with agencies and manage speaker outreach in collaboration with sales teams
Digital Awareness & Amplification: Increase awareness and engagement for the product among CxOs and Security professionals by localizing and promoting global/regional marketing content and coordinating with social media teams.
Reporting & Tracking: Manage lead uploads and campaign tagging in Salesforce, track marketing qualified leads and event performance, generate reports, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
Stakeholder Coordination & Support: Manage cross-team communication, stakeholder engagement, and travel logistics to support local event execution and ensure alignment between marketing and sales
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B marketing, tech industry exposure and hands-on marketing experience is a must; experience to cloud technologies is an advantage
- 4-6 years of relevant B2B marketing or field marketing experience
- Some enterprise marketing and multi-channel marketing experience
- Agency and Client-side experience.
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
