Shipping Executive (Air Freight)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end air import and export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Air Waybills (AWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, permits, and other related documents.
• Submit import and export declarations through TradeNet and ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations.
• Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, airlines, couriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth shipment movements.
• Monitor shipment status proactively, identify potential delays, and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Perform other logistics and operational duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in air import and export operations.
• Strong knowledge of air freight procedures, TradeNet submissions, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.
• Familiarity with Singapore import/export compliance requirements.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in handling Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments will be an added advantage.
