Regional Commercial Manager Renewable Energy - Singapore River

My client is a rapidly growing player in the renewable energy sector with a growing portfolio of Solar PV projects.

They are looking to bring in a Regional Commercial Manager Renewable Energy to join their team in Singapore.

The Regional Commercial Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of Solar PV Projects within the APAC region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Negotiations & Risk Management: Discuss commercial and technical terms with clients, ensuring project profitability and effective risk management for renewable energy initiatives.
• Tender Process & Compliance: Manage end-to-end tender management process from bidding to preparing, submitting, and evaluating tender documents, while ensuring adherence to specifications, local permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Vendor Relations & Contractual Support: Manage relationships with vendors to secure optimal offers, review and support all necessary contractual documents for project execution.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Performance Reporting: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment, oversee regional commercial performance, and submit progress reports.
• Project Optimization & Additional Duties: Utilize learned lessons from past operational assets and construction projects into future projects, enhance plant performance for maximum returns, and perform other duties as required.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy or related discipline
• At least 5 years of hands-on end-to-end project management experience in the Solar PV or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) industry
• Deep understanding and knowledge of renewable energy in SEA/APAC region.
• Adaptable and able to work together in a team environment and as an individual contributor
• Fluency in Vietnamese is a good to have but not a necessity
