IT Support Engineer - Toa Payoh

Our esteemed client in the ICT industry is seeking a IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: IT Support Engineer
• Location: West
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide in-house IT support for hardware, software, and networks
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, servers, and firewall systems
• Handle desktop support, including software issues and hardware coordination
• Perform firmware updates and IP configurations for IT equipment
• Support on-site projects and preventive maintenance tasks
• Assist with setup of interactive systems and other assigned duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in IT or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Able to start work in short notice or immediately.
