Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading and overseeing the design team
- Accountable to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project
- In charge of the review and submission of all drawings. To coordinate with authorities, agents, qualified persons and sub-contractors for issues pertaining to design & technical
- To review constructability issues with the construction team
- To ensure the project complies with regulations, which includes revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Min 5 – 8 years’ experience in Architectural, Structural & M&E projects
