Business Development Executive

We are looking for a high energy, sales-driven Business Development Executive who is passionate about helping customers succeed. What you'll be doing- Proactively identify and qualify new leads and sales opportunities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into new customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new growth areas
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the management team
- Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in industrial packaging, warehousing solutions, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence; own vehicle is preferred.
