Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, Cashier, sales, etc. maintaining store standards to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and store areas are clean and organized
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and stocktaking
• Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level/High School qualification or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates with Retail experience is welcome to apply; Training will be provided
• Relevant working experience in furniture / retail management industry is an advantage
• Self-motivated, reliable candidates who possess a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Full-Time/ Part Time position(s) available. Company will provide training.
• Bilingual in English / Mandarin is an advantage.
