Our client is a distinguished tea brand that brings the best tea experiences to Singapore and beyond. With their new cafe branch opening, the company is looking for passionate and energetic Brand Ambassador/ Baristas to join the team and help to deliver exceptional service while showcasing their premium tea blends.If you have a love for tea, coffee, and customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
- Location: Jewel Changi Airport (Shopping Mall)
- Hours: Rotating shifts (5 days/week)

Job responsibilities:
- Represent the brand by providing excellent customer service and engaging customers on tea products.
- Promote and educate customers on product features, brewing methods, and health benefits.
- Drive sales and assist in achieving store targets.
- Prepare and serve tea-based beverages.
- Handle POS transactions and manage cashless/cash payments accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and barista counter hygiene.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and sampling activities.
Job Requirements:
- Basic F&B or barista experience preferred
- Service-driven, outgoing, and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Possess a Food Hygiene Certification
