The Business Development Manager will lead the identification, setup, and management of claims programs and client nominations across the Asia region. This role combines strategic business development, client relationship management, and operational oversight to drive growth and deliver excellent service.

Description- Identify and pursue opportunities for new claims programs and client nominations across the Asia region.
- Oversee the setup and day-to-day management of claims programs, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, insurers, and clients, providing support, training, and stewardship reports.
- Analyse market trends, claims data, and client needs to recommend and implement targeted growth initiatives.
- Champion the use of CRM systems to manage nominations, renewals, and client activity across the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and drive strategic business development initiatives.
- At least 7 years of experience in business development, client management, or a similar role within insurance, claims services, or related industries.
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering commercial growth.
- Strong understanding of claims processes and/or loss adjusting practices, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced regional environment.
