HR Executive/Assistant HR Manager - Up to $4400 + Allowance + AWS | MNC - Geylang
- Location : Henderson Road (Few bus stop from Redhill MRT)
- Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : 8.00am – 5.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4400 + $300 duty allowance + AWS + Transport allowance + 14 days annual leave + Yearly increment

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for both frontline (Beauty Advisors) and back-office roles.
- Process payroll and overtime/ commission calculations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations).
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Review, educate and implement HR and Corporate policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and data governance policies.
- Submission of MOM reporting and government surveys as required.
- Manage and roll out company Annual Performance Appraisal.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, quota management and security bond purchase.
- Administer employee benefits related matters such as leave, medical, insurance, staff purchase etc. Work closely with corporate insurers for insurance claims and enquiry.
- Address and resolve employee issues such as disciplinary cases, grievances, absenteeism, and workplace conflicts fairly and consistently.
- Work with external IT vendor to maintain IT related SOP documentations eg. fixed assets list and ensure compliance with IT related policies and procedures from Headquarters.
- Liaise with POS, inventory system providers and external IT vendor for updates, troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Handles general office administrative tasks; liaising with external vendors for facility maintenance, security, and cleaning services etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant HR and office management experience.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with HRiQ's HRIS system will be an advantage.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
