Senior Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist)

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patients with hand, wrist, and upper limb conditions
- Manage a range of conditions including:
- Post-operative rehabilitation (fractures, tendon repairs, ligament injuries)
- Chronic conditions (e.g., tendinitis, nerve compression, arthritis)
- Sports and overuse injuries
- Fabricate and fit custom splints and orthoses
- Deliver hands-on therapy and structured rehabilitation programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Build strong patient relationships and ensure high-quality, individualized care
- Work closely with the surgeon to optimise patient outcomes
- Degree in Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy
- Registered with Allied Health Professions Council Singapore
- Minimum 3 years’ experience (hand therapy preferred)
- Competency in splinting/orthosis fabrication
- Good communication and patient rapport
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or working towards certification
- Experience in private practice or musculoskeletal settings
