Our client is seeking a Accounting Executive (Outsourced Accounting & Client Support) to join their team!

Are you passionate about accounting and enjoy interacting with people? This role is your perfect match! You will be primarily responsible for outsourced accounting tasks, while also providing excellent client support within a co-working environment.

What you'll be doing?

Accounting Tasks: Handle full/partial sets of accounts, prepare financial statements, perform reconciliations, and assist with GST filing.
Client Support: Serve as a friendly point of contact, attend to tenant enquiries, and coordinate on tenant issues.
Administrative Duties: Maintain records, assist with administrative tasks, and support internal coordination.

Who are they looking for?

Technical Skills: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, 2-4 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with accounting software.
Soft Skills: Friendly, professional, strong communication, and customer-oriented mindset.
