Production Supervisor - Pasir Ris

Our client is MNC Manufacturing company looking for Production Supervisor to join them. Providing:

• Salary up to $5000
• 4-3-3-4 working days ; 7am - 7pm (Morning Shift)
• AWS + 2 months of Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Using excel, perform admin work & need to use SAP system.
• Coordinate department activities and projects to ensure quality and meet timelines
• Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis
• Supervise staff in accordance to company policies and procedures
• Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals
• Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations
• Conduct interview, hire new operators, and provide employee orientation
• Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews
• Coach and provide career development advice to staff
