Branch Manager (Full-Time)
Company: Shugar PrestigeLocation: Paragon Shopping Centre, Orchard Road
Shugar Prestige is hiring an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Paragon outlet and oversee daily operations, team performance, sales growth, and customer service standards in a premium beauty environment.
Salary- Basic Salary: SGD 4,000
- Total Monthly Earnings: Up to SGD 6,000–8,000
- Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets
- Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and service standards
- Handle customer feedback and maintain a high-quality client experience
- Ensure proper use of BeauteSoft for appointments, billing, and customer records
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports
- At least 3 years of experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or related industry
- At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
- Familiar with BeauteSoft is an advantage
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
