Preschool Teacher (L2) | Up $4000

Job Highlights:

• Location: Toa Payoh
• Salary: Up to S$4,000
• Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (44 hours per week)
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• AWS, Variable Bonus

Responsibilities :

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and learning activities.
• Implement the curriculum and educational programmes effectively.
• Create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment for children.
• Observe and monitor children's development and learning progress.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain classroom organisation, learning resources, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with centre policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in centre activities, events, and professional development programmes.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or equivalent recognised qualification.
• L2 certification recognised by ECDA.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant preschool teaching experience preferred.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
