Job Responsibilities

Manage all store operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
Lead the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction, creating a welcoming environment for fans.
Train, motivate and schedule store staff.
Oversee stock levels and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
Execute in-store marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional events.
Uphold company policies and brand standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in art-toy or IP merchandise.
Must be a Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
Result-oriented, responsible, and able to lead from the front.
Passion for gaming, anime, or pop culture is an important plus.

VibeMax is a Southeast Asian retail chain of IP-related merchandise, specializing in products from ACG (Anime, Comics, Games) IPs. Currently, its first store in Singapore is located at Suntec City. As a key manager of the store, the store manager will, under the guidance of headquarters, ensure effective store operations, lead by example to guide store staff in completing operational tasks, and achieve sales targets.
