Production Engineer (Chemical Manufacturing/ Tuas) - Tampines

Job Highlights:

• Salary: Up to $3,500 (based on experience)
• Working Hours: 5-day work week (Mon-Fri) (8 AM – 5:15 PM)

About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily production processes to meet output and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and minimize equipment downtime.
• Actively participate in daily production tasks, including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Step in for operators when necessary to ensure smooth production flow.
• Conduct inspections, calibrations, and adjustments on machinery.
• Collect and analyze production data, prepare performance reports, and document production logs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments and support operator training.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and cost savings.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience; manufacturing environment preferred.
• Background in adhesive, paint, or chemical industry will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
